Q: How do I create an account?

A: Yes, Simple Rizz is currently free to download and use with all features unlocked.
Q: What age do I need to be to use Simple Rizz?
A: You must be at least 13 years old. The app is rated 12+ on the App Store, but we recommend parental guidance for users under 17.
Q: What platforms is Simple Rizz available on?
A: Currently, Simple Rizz is available only on iOS (iPhone and iPad) through the Apple App Store.
Using the App
Q: How does the journaling feature work?
A: After any social interaction, open the app and tap the "+" button. Write briefly about what went well and what could be improved. Submit your entry to receive personalized AI coaching feedback.
Q: What is AI coaching?
A: Our AI analyzes your journal entries to identify patterns, celebrate your wins, and provide specific, personalized advice to help you improve your social skills. The AI learns from your progress and adapts its coaching to your skill level.
Q: How often should I journal?
A: We recommend journaling daily, even if it's just a brief reflection. Consistency is key to tracking progress and building the habit of self-reflection.
Q: What are daily missions?
A: Daily missions are small, actionable challenges tailored to your current skill level. They give you specific goals to practice each day, from simple tasks like "Make eye contact in 3 conversations" to more advanced challenges.
Q: How do skill levels work?
A: You start as a Beginner and progress through Intermediate to Advanced based on your consistency, improvements, and the complexity of situations you handle. The AI tracks your growth automatically.
Q: What are streaks?
A: Streaks track how many consecutive days you've used the app. Maintaining a streak builds consistency and helps form lasting habits.
Q: Where can I find video tutorials?
A: Tap the "Tutorials" tab to access expert videos on topics like body language, conversation skills, confidence building, and more.
Privacy & Security
Q: Is my journal private?
A: Yes, your journal entries are completely private. Only you can see your entries. We use your journal content to generate AI coaching, but it is never shared with other users or third parties (except our AI provider, OpenAI, for processing).
Q: What data do you collect?
A: We collect your email, journal entries, usage data, and analytics to provide and improve our services. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.
Q: How is my data used?
Your data is used to:
- Provide personalized AI coaching
- Track your progress and improvements
- Improve the app experience
- Analyze usage patterns (in aggregated, anonymized form)
We never sell your data to third parties.
Q: Is my data secure?
A: Yes, we take security seriously. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information.
Account Management
Q: How do I change my email or password?
A: Go to Settings in the app, then tap "Account Settings" to update your email or password.
Q: I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
A: On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions. You'll receive a password reset link via email.
Q: Can I use the same account on multiple devices?
A: Yes, you can log in to your account on multiple iOS devices. Your data will sync automatically.
Q: How do I delete my account?
A: Go to Settings > Account Settings > Delete Account. Please note that this action is permanent and will delete all your data, including journal entries and progress tracking.

Data & Export
Q: Can I export my journal entries?
A: Yes, you can request a copy of your data by emailing us at schowy1@gmail.com. We'll provide your journal entries and account data in a portable format (JSON or CSV) within 30 days.
Q: What happens to my data if I delete my account?
A: When you delete your account, all your personal data (journal entries, account information, progress data) is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days. Some anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
Q: Can I recover my account after deletion?
A: No, account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any data you want to keep before deleting your account.
Technical Issues
Q: The app won't load or keeps crashing. What should I do?
A: Try these steps:
- Force quit the app and restart it
- Restart your device
- Check for app updates in the App Store
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection
- Check that your iOS version is up to date

Q: My AI feedback isn't generating. What's wrong?
This could be due to:
- Poor internet connection
- Server maintenance (rare)
- A temporary service issue
Try again in a few minutes. If the problem continues, please contact support.
Q: Videos won't play. How do I fix this?
A: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Videos are streamed from Vimeo and require a good connection. If you're on cellular data, check that you have sufficient data allowance. Try connecting to Wi-Fi and refreshing the Tutorials tab.
Q: I'm not receiving email notifications. Why?
A: Check your email spam/junk folder. Add schowy1@gmail.com to your contacts to ensure our emails reach your inbox. You can also check your notification preferences in app settings.
Billing & Subscriptions
Q: Will Simple Rizz always be free?
A: Simple Rizz is currently free. We may introduce optional premium features or subscriptions in the future, but we'll notify users well in advance and maintain a free tier.
Q: If you introduce subscriptions, how will billing work?
A: If we add subscriptions, they will be handled through Apple's In-App Purchase system. You'll manage subscriptions through your Apple ID settings, and Apple's standard refund policies will apply.

Data Deletion Requests
To request deletion of your account and all associated data:
Option 1: Use the in-app "Delete Account" feature in Settings

Include your registered email address in your request. We will process deletion within 30 days and confirm via email when complete.
